Reach out to our customer service team at 1888 to port in your existing number or obtain a new Hong Kong mobile number at no extra charge.

3. Complete The Application

After receiving the SMS, follow the instructions and provide relevant information to apply.

4. Start Receiving Calls & Messages with Ease

Generally, within one day of completing application, you will receive a SMS notification of the result. Once successful, you can then receive incoming calls and texts from Hong Kong numbers on your Canadian kini mobile SIM.

Terms and conditions
1 Plan, 2 Numbers
  1. Customers are entitled to one Canadian number and one out-of-Canada number (i.e. Hong Kong number) simultaneously. kini mobile will host both numbers under the same plan.
  2. If you port-in a Hong Kong number, kini mobile will not provide a separate SIM card for the Hong Kong number.
  3. You can port-out your Hong Kong number to any Hong Kong service provider at any time, without affecting your Canadian number or its benefits.
  4. Porting out your Hong Kong number will not affect your Canadian number, and all Canadian services and benefits will remain intact.
Data Appreciation Rewards
  1. Downgrading your monthly plan fee will reset your reward tenure.
  2. Rewards are only available for any All-in-one Plans or Pre-Arrival Plans.,
