Signing up for credit or debit card Auto-pay to renew your monthly plan. Never worry about missing to top up again!
1️⃣ Login to My kini at www.kinimobile.com/ca/en/my-account
2️⃣ Click on “My Settings” > “Auto-pay”.
3️⃣ Enter credit or debit card details in the fields provided.
4️⃣ CAD1.00 will be applied to validate the card. You may be asked to authenticate this transaction, which will be refunded.
5️⃣ You will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful enrollment.
ℹ️ Note:
If your main plan has expired before linking your credit card, please top up to resume your service.
If you have an account balance, your monthly service fee will be deducted from it first.
If your balance is insufficient, the remaining amount will be charged from your credit or debit card automatically.
You can disable or change your card details anytime.
To update your credit or debit card information, please cancel your current Auto Pay and reapply using your new card details
The auto pay applies only to the monthly service fee and does not cover non-recurring add-on purchases.
